Asked how he sees the Code of Ethics that was approved a few days ago by the Council of Ministers , he answered that it should be seen in general, not just  at the point at which regulates relations with the media ". Over eight years it has been viewed an indifference by the government in relation to questions of journalists . To achieve a good way to inform it must also be a correct way of communication . However,  the new government is its awaiting the test and everything remains to be seen " , said the journalist Sokol Balla.

He showed that what values the most in the political debate is thepoint  and not the character " In this format I try to realize my show, because political debates have public value and are not property of private televisions. The public needs to understand the why of the current problems . " To the question of students whether he will continue to be critical of the government , Mr.Sokol Balla replied : " Yes , I will continue to be critical of the government and no ' opposition ' as this term is usually used. If the government has the correct relationship with the media implying criticism - reaction , there should notexist vindictive media. When media is not just t media then there exist problems".

In relation with the obtaining of the candidate status for the European Union , he said that he was skeptic . " Much more than three laws, the whole problem is more complex. The most favorable time for a positive response is March" .

However, he valued the positive steps taken so far , such as the realization of the elections , which according to him are probably the best , the resignation of Prime Minister Sali Berisha , etc. Meanwhile , the cycle of open lectures "Students and Profession " organized by the Department of Communication Sciences at Beder University will continue during the coming weeks.
