Also , Mr.Hakorja said that in order to be a objective journalism, you should be free of influence and make clear what you want to do: to provide news or give opinions". When you become prominent and earn public credibility you will certainly understand that this is not enough because sincerity and truth can not be misused .You must decide whether the truth will be used to inform the public or to harm someone else. " He suggested to the students to start their career in newspaper or magazine because of the advantages it provides in improving writing, while on television 80 % is figure and only 20 % constitutes the of voice of journalist. Also, from his experience, Mr.Hakorja stated that journalism students should write every day from a fact -based story. In conversation with communication students, Mr. Balla shared his experience in the field of journalism and talked about the latest developments in the country. Asked how he sees the Code of Ethics that was approved a few days ago by the Council of Ministers , he answered that it should be seen in general, not just at the point at which regulates relations with the media ". Over eight years it has been viewed an indifference by the government in relation to questions of journalists . To achieve a good way to inform it must also be a correct way of communication . However, the new government is its awaiting the test and everything remains to be seen " , said the journalist Sokol Balla. He showed that what values the most in the political debate is thepoint and not the character " In this format I try to realize my show, because political debates have public value and are not property of private televisions. The public needs to understand the why of the current problems . " To the question of students whether he will continue to be critical of the government , Mr.Sokol Balla replied : " Yes , I will continue to be critical of the government and no ' opposition ' as this term is usually used. If the government has the correct relationship with the media implying criticism - reaction , there should notexist vindictive media. When media is not just t media then there exist problems". In relation with the obtaining of the candidate status for the European Union , he said that he was skeptic . " Much more than three laws, the whole problem is more complex. The most favorable time for a positive response is March" . However, he valued the positive steps taken so far , such as the realization of the elections , which according to him are probably the best , the resignation of Prime Minister Sali Berisha , etc. Meanwhile , the cycle of open lectures "Students and Profession " organized by the Department of Communication Sciences at Beder University will continue during the coming weeks. 10OCT Bunguri: In Albania there is always place for the bests Adrian Bunguri was the third guest for this academic year in the cycle of open lectures "Students and Profession", organized by the Department of Communication Sciences at Beder University. Mr. Bunguri holds the post of director of advertising and public relations at the Banka Kombetare Tregtare (National Commercial Bank). He held a conversation with students where the focus was the importance of public relations in today's market conditions. As director of PR (Public Relations) at BKT, Bunguri shared with students the goals of public relations at the institution where he works. '' The banks want to achieve two goals: to promote a certain product and show that BKT is the oldest, most trusted and transparent " Image is very important because it is linked with confidence. The banking system in Albania is a healthy system but however Albanian market is not yet sufficiently developed so as to adapt to the advertising market, which suggests a need to borrow terms and business practices from abroad", said Bunguri. He noted the advantage of television and the internet public relations branch, citing deficiencies of radio and print media in this area. "The press must be converted with technological developments to adapt modern developments, whereas radio broadcasting only music all the time, do not provide the opportunity for added value. Online opportunities are tremendous for both individuals and companies. " Bunguri said that public relations already received more attention than the advertisers themselves or advertising campaigns." Public relations have received much more importance than haveadvertisers or campaigns publicity, as they help to maintain the status quo. BKT for one month took over 16,000 thousand likes in facebook and 130 candidates for a job place in BKT. " Bunguri also said that market today needs communication specialists, where beside the excellent recognition of the Albanian language, for a job application, foreign languages are important too''. If you're good enough, if you are experts in your field, then there is no company that will not take you. Man sets himself where to be and what to do. Albania has a lot of places to work for the bests.
