The KUB Debate Club held yesterday the first stage of the first phase, entitled "Social media help us understand the great world events".
The pro-theme group, consisting of students Samanta Hysa, Sabina Kurtaj and Sidorela Alla (absent), won versus Matjan Kurti, Genti Grabova and Gertiola Agolli.
The students brought arguments and counterarguments, creating a good debate.

The novel "Drowning" was the book that was presented at the next meeting of the Book Club at Bedër University College. The book was presented by Donisa Perseku and encouraged discussion among members of the club.
The discussion widened also in the aspects and themes of the novel, as well as in all the literature of Dritero Agolli, the fate and the writer's possibilities in dictatorship.
It was also discussed about the aesthetics that prevailed by the protection and dictation of the official text of the article.
It was also discussed the symbolism that could present a novel by his characters, naming, conflict and description.
The Book Club at "Bedër" University College and the Department of Communication Sciences, within the framework of the International Poetry Day, organized yesterday "Readings of Albanian Poetry".
Reading the poems was conveyed to the listener in a special way, merging into one: image, poetry and music. Students, members of the Club, read poetry of contemporary Albanian poets of Albanian literature where we can mention Luljeta Lleshanakun, Ervin Hatibin, Agron Tufa.
Read poems by poets Vilson Blloshmi and Trifon Xhagjika. In the end, poets of the young poets were read: Elona Zeraliu, Manjola Nasi, Ali Luca and Flamur Dardeshi.
At the end students expressed the need for young people to read as many poems as possible.
Within the seminar "MarCom", the Department of Communication Sciences had invited Gerti Boshnjak, founder and CEO of Business Magazine Albania and NewMedia Communications.
During the seminar the topic "Marketing Communication Challenges for a Startup" was addressed, Boskov presented the students of Bedër University College on how to move forward a new idea, based on the steps of the marketing plan.
It was also discussed about the success stories of the world's most vocal companies, where a zero-based idea has managed to influence the choices and tastes of millions of users and to inspire new startups
At the end of the seminar, students were able to discuss the challenges of communication in marketing.
The Book Club at "Bedër" University College, held today the next meeting. This discussion took place over the novel "Where are you?" By writer Flutura Açka, under the presentation of student Melsena Danglli. The subject and the symbolism were explained in detail by the presenter.
The novel focuses on the life and destiny of people in the dissertation. The writer's finesse irozion system and the absurdities that he created the system against the individual. Further, the debate expanded in some other issues regarding the fate of the individual but also the writer in totalitarian systems, making an analogy with George Orwell's "1984" novel.

Members of the Book Club at "Bedër" University College, set today the drama titled "You Can".
With screenplay and directorship of club president Jona Kaso, students of the early years, conveyed emotions to the public.
At the center of the drama subject was the book and other factors that affect the life of a young man found alone in a world full of contempt. The message that followed was to make it really difficult, but not impossible.
This theatrical performance took place within the framework of the book collection campaign and their donation to young people in the names.
Communication expert and journalist Edi Oga was invited to Bedër University College, within the MarCom seminar cycle. At a meeting with the students of the Department of Communication Sciences, he spoke about his experience, emphasizing the ways of communication in the television premises.
He stressed that television is the best tool to achieve some of the goals that would benefit the nation, taking the example of Italian television, which cultivated the tastes of viewers and became a model for Albanian television as well.
"Television is something beautiful, spectacular, and the main ability to become a part of a television is to be enthusiastic," he said. Oga.
At the end of the meeting, the importance of having good news for educating and cultivating the tastes of the audience was emphasized, Oga, encouraged the students to continue on the road to television, conveying positive and valuable messages to society.
